function inP3Gamut(color: Color): boolean;

Tests the unclamped linear Display P3 channels with isLinearRgbInGamut (so clamping in toP3 cannot produce a false positive), allowing GAMUT_EPSILON of slack on the encoded channels. Allocation-free.
